Sherry, Port & Madeira - In Part 2 of Dessert wines, we are going to learn about what is a fortified wines. We will cover the strong & sweet wine styles of each of these fortified wines. And in my opinion, these are the best wines to pair with chocolate and chocolate-based desserts.
