Americans fight with rising cost of living | Morning in America

From the grocery store to the gas station, budgets are getting tighter across America as inflation cools ever so slowly. The new Consumer Price Index report for April will be released Wednesday, which many analysts believe could come in hotter than expected — even though inflation has fallen since its peak of 9.1 percent in June of 2022.
