Discussing Tree House Brewery's yeast experimentation!

The Data Set series was created to display the beautiful and unique character of modern commercial yeast strains. In this video we taste them and discuss what we have learned.

In this video Nate (  / treehousenate  ) enjoys Data Sets # 1-6 for the first time after returning from the epic hop journey overseas.

Each batch has the same recipe with a few tiny tweaks (mash hopping) only to add more precursors for the thiolized yeast strains.

I was overjoyed with the way each of these turned out, with remarkable differences between several batches and serious highs that we would not otherwise had achieved without taking a leap into this project.

They will be available for a limited time at Tree House until they are gone.
