Building and painting the Tamiya 1/48 scale model kit of the Brewster F2A Buffalo - known in British and Commonwealth service as the B-339 Buffalo. The Buffalo was flown by the RAF and RNZAF in Malaya and Singapore before the fall of those territories to the Japanese in early 1942. This is quite an old kit but builds up well and represents an aircraft of No 488 Squadron Royal New Zealand Air Force, based at RAF Kallang in Singapore.
