Croft Kitchen: Episode 3 - Griddle Scones

Hello and welcome back to my second series of Croft Kitchen!

In this episode, I show you how to make my Gran's famous Griddle Scones. This is recipe is one of my favourite childhood memories. This recipe is imprinted into my brain, she never wrote it down. This was always from memory and boy did she have a great memory. Only recently, this recipe was written down and posted on my website. Using the griddle that's over 100 years old, these cones are more than a sweet treat for me. These are my childhood.
