Remember #JimmieDodd of #MickeyMouseClub fame? This is him! He did some country and pop numbers in the 1940's for some smaller labels, and also quite a bit of stuff for the #Disney label. I'm a bit surprised that he didn't make it bigger than he did. This was written by #BobCarleton and #CliffDixon and recorded for the #Enterprise label in #Hollywood. I have no clue about the label, so if you know something, give me a shout! I've got a variety of his songs I'll be uploading ranging from the 40's through the 60's, so stay tuned!

I appreciate the music publishers for allowing these little heard gems to stay on my channel. I'm not trying to make money here or step on anybody's toes with copyright infringement. If there's ever a problem with anything I upload, I will be more than happy to take it down. I'm a collector who has amassed close to 50,000 songs on my computer, and I like to share things that are not heard too often. I imagine the majority of what I post isn't even on CD or any other digital format. I have taken time to digitally restore these from the original records; you might hear a stray click or pop here and there, but for the most part, these sound really good. If a recording is a bit below par, please rest assured I have done the best I can do with it-you can't always get them perfect.
