These are some variations of the most common flamenco dance footwork patterns used today. Use this as a daily guide to get your feet conditioned and strengthened for more complex tempos and patterns.

Flamenco Dance Terminology:
GOLPE- Hit. The whole foot strikes the floor.
PLANTA- Ball (of foot). Only the front part "ball" of foot strikes the floor.
TACÓN- Heel. Only the heel strikes the floor.
