How to Upgrade and Replace a Telecaster Jack Socket Cup

Replacing the stock jack socket cup is well worth it on either a Fender Telecaster, Squire Telecaster or even a Fender Esquire.

I had problems with mine coming loose every time I knocked or stood on my lead. This is a simple modification that can really make the difference in your guitars reliability and they only cost a few dollars.

This is my first shot at doing this modification and it worked a treat!
