Psyllium husk- 50g, ½ cup, 1.75 oz

Sunflower seeds- 100g, ⅔ cup, 3.5 oz
Pumpkin seeds- 100g, ⅔ cup, 3.5 oz
Chia seeds- 50g, ¼ cup, 1.75 oz
Hemp seeds-50g, ¼ cup, 1.76 oz
Garlic salt- 1 tsp, 6g, 0.2 oz
Mix herbs- 1 tbsp
Olive oil- 30ml, 2 tbsp, 1 oz

1-Make the Binder
Mix hot water, flaxseed, and ground psyllium husk until it forms a thick gel. Let rest.
2-Prepare Dry Mix
In a large bowl, combine your favorite seeds, garlic salt, and dried herbs (like thyme, oregano, rosemary). Mix well.
3-Combine Wet & Dry
Add the gel binder to the dry seed mix. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
4-Add Olive Oil
Stir in extra virgin olive oil for flavor and softness.
5-Rest the Dough
Transfer to a loaf pan, level it, cover, and let rest for 10–15 minutes.
6-Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 60 minutes.
7-Cool Completely
Remove from pan and let it cool fully before slicing to avoid a gummy center.
