Nepotism,coruption,unfair dismissals and killings within the SAPS has become a norm due to cadre deployment. This has resulted in poor service delivery within most if not all government departments. Civil servants have forgotton the auth that they took to service the communities and now they are activily killing the society that they suppose to service. The different commissions that the state always have to investigate civil servants are not producing the results that are expected from them e.g. Zondo commission we still haven't seen any arrests or justice being obtained from the Zondo commission. Now we have the Madlanga commission and we are listing and waiting in anticipation to see where the Madlanga commission will end and if it will produce the results that we expect as citizens of South Africa. In my view these commissions are simply another way to waste tax payers money and to create wealth for those that are getting paid for providing their services to the commission.
