Dr. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. She has a focus in Pain and Injury Management, Regenerative Injection Therapies and Aesthetic Medicine.

As a former member of the Canadian Junior National Rowing Team, and Captain of the UVic Women’s Rowing Team, she understands the importance of physical health, injury prevention/recovery, nutrition, training and hormone balancing.

Dr. Heather has volunteered with Naturopathic Doctors International (NDI) in Nicaragua to help provide Naturopathic care and treatment to under‐privileged locals who do not normally have access to medical care.
