Lake Tahoe Cabin Construction Update 1

I'm building a modern cabin here in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California. I meant to share a construction update with you all sooner, but we got a later start on pouring the foundation for the cabin and then ran into a few supply chain delays with the windows and sliding doors. Fast forward to now...The framing and sheathing are complete. The roof was on before the heavy snow hit. Rough electrical, HVAC and plumbing are all done. Half of the cedar siding is up. Insulation and drywall are in and the first coat of paint just went on! Things are starting to move along. We visited a few local vendors to pick out slabs for our countertops and laminate for our flooring. Stay tuned for more construction updates soon as the cabin is nearing completion! It should only be a few more months before the property is finished!
