Thoughts:
- Before anyone writes, allow me to jump the gun (pun intended)! This is my first time watching and there is A LOT to catch. I missed the names of the male characters, however, in storytelling, you need to tell your audience something 3x before they comprehend it (notice how many times they say Hamilton in the opening number: I counted, 5 times).
- I now get that Angelica was saying "Hamilton will not be satisfied" because of his own selfish drives, not as a shot at her sister. There was no affair between them, but as a first-time watcher, I had no clue where the story was going and they were portraying romantic tension.
- Yeup, there was an audience at some of the recordings.
