Most Northern Point in the UK 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Don’t Miss These NC500 Hidden Gems!

We finally visited the Most Northern Point in the UK! Well, technically speaking - John O’Groats isn’t actually the most northern point in Britain, but it’s still worth visiting!

If you are driving this section of the NC500 or attempting the Lands End to John O’Groats trail, there are some other really great things to do in the area, right at the edge of the UK.

We checked out the Duncansby Head Lighthouse Walk down to the Duncansby Stacks, we walked to the unmarked ruins of Bucholie Castle and even found some abandoned World War II pillboxes at Sinclair’s Bay - right next to Old Keiss Castle.
