🎯 Post Name: Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in State Bank of India (SBI)

🧑‍🎓 Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year students can apply provided they show proof of passing before document verification. No minimum percentage required.

🗺️ Language Proficiency: You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the state you're applying for. If not, you'll have to clear the LPT (Language Proficiency Test).

Minimum Age: 20 Years
Maximum Age: 28 Years

OBC – 3 Years
PwD (Gen) – 10 Years
PwD (OBC) – 13 Years
PwD (SC/ST) – 15 Years
Ex-Servicemen – up to 3 years (after military service deduction)

Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism, Blood Relations, Inequality, Direction Sense, Coding-Decoding, Order & Ranking, Alphanumeric Series

📚 Syllabus – Computer Aptitude:
Basic Computers, Internet, Hardware & Software, Networking, Operating System, MS Office, Cyber Security, Shortcuts, Email & Browsing

📚 Syllabus – General/Financial Awareness:
Banking Awareness, RBI & Monetary Policies, Government Schemes, Budget, Economic Survey, Static GK (Days, Capitals, Books), Current Affairs (last 6 months)

💬 Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
Candidates who didn’t study the local language of the applied state in 10th/12th must appear for this test. It’s qualifying in nature, but compulsory.

💰 Salary (Pay Scale):
Basic Pay: ₹26,730 (including 2 advance increments for graduates)
In-hand Salary: ₹42,000–₹46,000/month depending on city
🏡 Allowances: DA + HRA + TA + Medical + Special Allowance + PF + Pension + LTC + Leave Benefits
SBI Clerks also get job stability, fixed working hours, and work-life balance.

📈 Promotion & Career Growth:
Clerks can be promoted to Officer level through internal exams
➡️ Trainee Officer ➡️ Assistant Manager ➡️ Deputy Manager ➡️ Manager ➡️ Chief Manager ➡️ AGM ➡️ DGM
Promotions are based on performance, experience, and internal exams held by SBI.
