Join me for my 23rd YouTube yoga class!
This week we will be doing a an energising morning yoga flow influenced by elements of Ashtanga yoga.

In less than 20 minutes this morning yoga flow can instantly lift your mood by connecting breath with movement, which naturally calms the nervous system and releases feel-good hormones. Flowing through poses encourages you to let go of stress and find balance, leaving you refreshed and more centered. Plus, focusing on the present moment helps shift your mindset, making you feel more positive and energized.
