Jeff came to be months back with tons of questions about the tennis serve.

We pretty much started from scratch with his serve.

We did countless shadow strokes in the basement during the winter months to change the muscle memory of his serve.

One of the big keys was working on Jeff's serving elbow.

We are trying to get his elbow into the correct place when he takes his first move on the tennis serve.

Jeff is an example to show everyone, no matter how old you are, if you are hungry enough you will change your tennis serve.
