it's my belief that challenging ones self is an important part of self improvement. As i have been going through my personal development journey i have been pushing myself to do things that i use to view as "Hard for me" i used ever excuse i could think of to get out of having to challenge myself, but why? what was i running from? what was i scared of? it all boils down to a fear of failure. why else right. the thing is once you realize that failure can more times then not be a better teacher then success, well life gets good. i only fear not trying. this year let challenging yourself be your resolution.
