After a year of working extremely hard, Chris - the founder of The English Bus - organised a surprise Christmas party trip to reward all tour guides for their Herculean efforts throughout the year.

The only thing is... they had no idea where they were going to be going until they got to the airport!

Chris broke the news that we would be travelling to Gibraltar. Spending the night there and then walking across the border into Spain, picking up a car, then going on a Spanish road trip along the coast of Andalusia to the beautiful historic port city of Cadiz. From Cadiz we would drive to Seville to drop the car at the airport and hop on a plane back to London.

Perhaps not everyone's idea of a relaxing trip - but when you do what we do, your sense of travel adventure is... different!

We had a wonderful time - thanks to all for joining. Sadly we weren't joined by Jen from the office as she was busy looking after her brand new baby daughter.
