Mercedes Atego motorhome tour : Vario Alkoven 900

This Mercedes Atego motorhome is the Vario Alcoven 1230. It is based on the Mercedes Benz Atego 1230 L. It has a gross vehicle weight of 11,990 kg which despite the high quality fittings inside will give a huge amount of payload! It has a 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine offering 220 kW / 299 PS. It is EURO 6 and has a 300 l diesel and 35 litre AdBlue tank.
The outer skin is fibre glass reinforced plastic. It is nine metres long, 253cm wide and has a height of 350cm. The water tank is 500 litres, grey tank 400 litres and black tank 300 litres.
This vehicle has sleeping for two but as an option sleeping for two more could be provided. There are four to six belted positions.
The base price is EUR 410,200 but the model you are about to see will cost almost EUR600k because of the options taken. This price includes German VAT.
The chassis is equipped with air suspension with lifting and lowering. It has an eight speed automatic gearbox and High Performance Engine Brake.
