2BHK Flat renovation at Tardeo , Mumbai | Rennovate

The tardeo project was an 80 yr old flat which had old flooring, lots of column moulding, beam thickening and flooring in different levels too. The lighting was uneven, with tub lights and small window openings. There were spatial inefficiencies.
The client brief was to create a very modern, rich and classy interiors which was unique , vastu compliant, long lasting and with warranty. The entire flat was to be broken down: kitchen, tiles, floors, ceiling, plaster, windows, doors everything. The timeline was tight, and with all the various building restrictions that Mumbai has these days, we still finished the entire project in 3 months- start to finish!
Using our unique offering of customized factory finished furniture , we parallel planned the civil work and achieved the timeline despite working through the monsoons and with painted finished like PU.
