On April 19, 2025, at the prestigious Monte-Carlo Opera, under the high patronage of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, this event celebrated the world premiere of the extraordinary documentary Nawa Sia – The Secrets of the Amazon, directed by Isabella Vieira, winner of the Best Indigenous Native Peoples’ Film award at the World Film Festival in Cannes — and receiving here its very first award.

Karolina Bomba, founder and president of the World Film Festival in Cannes, arrived in a dazzling Golden Karma Revero, specially personalized for the Festival, before taking the stage to deliver a heartfelt speech, highlighting the vital importance of preserving the Amazon and honoring the ancestral wisdom of indigenous peoples.
During this moving ceremony, Isabella Vieira was awarded the prestigious Golden Firefly trophy, symbolizing hope, resilience, and the light that shines through the forest.

This evening also marked the beginning of a new partnership between Karma Automotive and the World Film Festival in Cannes, uniting a visionary brand designing vehicles that combine performance with environmental responsibility, and a festival committed to celebrating culture, innovation, and the future of our planet.
