Because think about it: your introducing an array of different ingredients for the first time maybe: ashwagandha, saw palmetto, curcumin, if youve never taken any of these, and its your first time, your body may not like the new change.

Saw palmetto can be a great dht blocker for hair growth, along with maca, but it could interfere with any blood-thinning medicines and is not recommended in pregnancy.
