📝 Ingredients:

For the meat filling:
1.1 lb (500 g) ground pork and beef
1 egg
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper mix
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp barbecue sauce
1 tsp dried garlic
Italian herb mix
1 tbsp corn flour

For the sautéed vegetables:
1 onion
1 carrot (grated)
1 clove garlic
Bunch of parsley
Bunch of dill
Vegetable oil

For the base and layering:
1 carrot (sliced into rings)
2 tomatoes (sliced)
Olive oil
Seasoning: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried garlic, Italian herbs
A little water

For the creamy sauce:
1 onion
1 bell pepper
3–5 mushrooms
1 tbsp corn flour
300 ml (1¼ cups) 10% cream
½ tsp salt
2 tsp dried garlic
Herbs to taste
1 cup water

Fresh side salad:
Cabbage
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
