Скачать или смотреть YouTube dislikes count is not working

First of all, Don't Panic! There is nothing wrong with your browser, computer, or YouTube settings. YouTube has simply removed the dislike counts but left the dislike button. It'll strange to dislike any video because I won't see the dislike counts.

I am sure this decision will increase the number of clickbait! Which, in turn, users will get tired of looking for right videos and leave them unsatisfied with YouTuber experience. Nevertheless, YouTube has improved a lot in directly people to good quality contents.

I myself received false dislikes a few times. I know because those dislikes were later removed (I guess by YouTube).

I've already made a few tutorials on "how to hide like and dislike on YouTube" & "How to turn OFF comments on YouTube". So, the tools for minimizing dislike attacking behavior were already available.

The 3 different stats to help to decide a video quality
1. The ratio of dislikes to likes. If dislikes are greater than 50% then the video is probably not very helpful.
2. The number of views. This can give a false indicator because the channels that use excessive clickbait would have a higher views!
3. Number of subscribers. A higher number of subscribers means the channel usually produces videos that are helpful. However, there are many incidences that smaller channels' videos are better. Hence, this in turn could have a negative impact on smaller channels.

So, there are many Youtubers and Users (see comments) that are unhappy with hiding dislike counts. I would be very interested to hear positive consequences in the comments below.
