Senores Pharmaceuticals Fixes Price Band For Rs 582-Crore IPO | NDTV Profit

Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd.'s IPO launches December 20, priced between Rs 372 and Rs 391 per share. The Rs 582.11-crore issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and offer-for-sale of 21 lakh shares by promoters and shareholders. Key sellers include promoters Swapnil Jatinbhai Shah (2.5 lakh shares) and Ashokkumar Vijaysinh Barot (5.5 lakh shares), along with Sangeeta Mukur Barot and Prakash M Sanghvi.
