Julia Amory developed the concept for her company India Amory in 2016 while searching for printed fabric to use for the tables at her wedding in Southampton, New York. Frustrated that she couldn't find the perfect print at an affordable price, she decided to design her own pattern using the Indian block print technique and produce the napkins and tablecloths herself. Julia was so inspired by the process that she left her career in finance to follow her true passion by developing the India Amory brand. Julia opens up about starting a small business, where she finds inspiration, her best fashion advice, and her favorite New York City restaurants.
