Can Chase Utley & Daniel Murphy get UK’s Gladiators to crush homers before Home Run Derby in London?

Will a Gladiator be able to hit home runs? There’s only one way to find out…

Fire and Apollo - stars of BBC’s hit TV show Gladiators - are taking on a Home Run Derby like no other to open up the MLB London Series: Trafalgar Square Takeover. But they aren’t going at it alone. Representing the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies respectively, they’ve each been teamed up with a baseball legend to help them in the Cage - Fire and Daniel Murphy vs Apollo and Chase Utley. MLB followed the Gladiators as they travelled to New York and Philadelphia to meet their new teammates and start their training as they prepare to take on the Cage, Friday 7 June at Trafalgar Square.
