This year long summary captures a return to form. After some health setbacks and watching the tide of young talent rise at a meteoric rate over the past half dozen years, I wanted to take a page out of a previous lifetime of mine and see what could happen with a dedicated focus to training, nutrition, and racing. I have a decade of professional road racing under my belt, two wins at Unbound, SBT, and loads of others; let's see if I can still do the dance!
