In this episode, we primarily set up two 3 city clusters to promote city growth using two different techniques for bringing in supplies. One clusters uses a warehouse attached to one of the cities. The second cluster uses a one-train, one-city approach where a single train goes to multiple raw material sites to bring supplies to a city. Repeat that two more times for the other two cities and you have a growing cluster.
