Lasagne tortilla recipe

Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 jar of tomato passata
1 tsp tomato purée
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
Grated parmesan
Cheese of your choosing
½ pack mince
Salt and pepper seasoning
Pinch of sugar
A tortilla

Directions:

Peel and chop the carrots. Prepare and cut the tomatoes and onion.

Mince the garlic.

Add the chopped onions and carrots and onion to a pan with oil. Then add the minced garlic.

Add in the mince and cook with salt and pepper.

Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, passata, Italian herbs, salt and pepper and sugar to the pan and simmer.

In a different pan, warm the milk and then leave to one side.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add flour and mix. In small amounts, add the warmed milk until smooth.

Simmer the mixture until it thickens. Add the grated parmesan and mix together.

Grab your CRIMPiT Wrap Sealer and place a tortilla over it.

Add the bolognese and white sauce. Top with cheese and Italian herbs.

Use a wet brush to dampen the edges of the wrap.

Fold over and press down to crimp using the CRIMPiT Wrap Sealer.

Take the parcel out of the CRIMPiT Wrap Sealer.

Place in the airfryer and cook for 3-4 minutes at 200°C /392°F.

Enjoy the mouth watering Lasagne filled tortilla!
