You need to have a Character_Name.fbx file to follow the tutorial, you can find some on Mixamo.

The step where I download the T-Pose animation is not essential but as for now not doing this step made the character animation wrong.

Steps:
1. Result
2. Go to Maximo.com
3. Upload your character FBX file
4. Search the animation you want to add
5. Check the “In Place” box
6. Click on Download
7. Select “Without Skin”
8. Select .fbx
9. Click on Download
10. Now download the T-Pose animation
11. Drag the two downloaded files into your Unity project
12. Set both Rig Animation Type to “Humanoid”
13. Select the animation
14. Set Avatar Definition to “Copy From Other Avatar”
15. And drag in it the avatar from T-Pose
16. Click Apply
17. Select the animation “mixamo.com”
18. Check the animation Loop Time box
19. Click Apply
20. Select your character
21. And drag the animation into his animation controller
22. And that’s it!
