Vice President Sara Duterte said on Monday (September 29) that there is 'malice' in the welfare check conducted by Philippine embassy officials on her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte who is currently detained at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands.
"Hindi naman sila nagwe-welfare check eh, simula noong dumating doon si Rodrigo Duterte. Pumupunta sila doon for specific reasons, hindi dahil sa welfare check," Sara added.
