I teamed up with Petplan Equine to bring you a tutorial on one of my favourite pole work exercises.
This exercise will help you with your serpentines which aids suppleness, accuracy, and evenness. Then you can also use it to improve your centre lines and halts. I will also be uploading a diagram to help you understand it further.
