National Voter Registration Day is September 17, 2024. Join Department of Libraires staff and representatives from the Office of Vermont Secretary of State for an update on civic engagement, voter outreach initiatives, and how libraries can participate in this work in a non-partisan way. Resources from the American Library Association will be shared, as well as the Secretary of State’s social media toolkit, their 2024 Voter Guide, and information specific to National Voter Registration Day. We will end with Q&A and, time permitting, welcome examples from attendees about past successes they have had engaging their communities with this important topic. Recorded 8/29/24.
