Walking away from single-player Minecraft for the time being. The TurboDuck gaming forum I frequent has recently got it's own Tekkit Minecraft server for it's members to use, courtesy of khevolution.

The server has barely been up for a week and I don't think our progress has been too bad considering it seems to have had a pretty slow start in terms of forum members joining in. Currently we are only working with the basics until we can get in contact with some red-stone ore amongst other things. Once we are better equipped we have big plans including building a condenser and making the mining aspect as fluent as possible. Luckily we seem to have spawned on top of what looks to be a very substantial cave/mine.

We would love some more people to join in on the action on the server, but we do NOT want griefing or trolls. To be able to join the server you will need to be a member of the TurboDuck forums, it would be advantageous if you have been a member for quite a while rather than just signing up so you can join the Tekkit server. There is a Whitelist on the server, so you will not be able to access the server unless you are a forum member and have posted in the relevant thread as linked above.

Aside from that, enjoy the videos I hope to be uploading on at least a weekly basis and if you have any ideas for things we can do, don't hesitate to share them in the comments section.
