For my part i tried to make it this way:
Katherine is back.
And she wants to find Eric.
She does....

Eyes crossing...
They both remember how they met, how they fall for each other, and how she finished by turned herself into a vampire.
A bad one....
Eric had to keep her prisonner, and now she's free, and .... ready to get what she wants.
Him.

Haha!
This is my point of view.
You can also interpret is differently like, they met in blood and hate each other!
It's up to you!

Anyways, hope you enjoyed it, it was kinda hard to do, but im glad i did it in one day lol.
