GONG WANING is a famous traditional music performance from Maumere, Sikka Regency in Flores - Indonesia. The music instruments are consist of gongs and drums. And the dance for this kind of music is called "HEGONG".
This time, that music is being modified with another traditional song called "SORA" and traditional music in Maumere which are ukuleles, violin and bass, performed by "Leis Plang" Traditional Music Group. This music is directed by Nyong Franco, a musician from Maumere whose famous with his single "Gemu Famire".
