🪁Through all the obstacles that we have faced or are currently facing throughout the last few years from covid or from our personal battles, we as a community have overcome many adversities. Through all the love and loss, there is value in the things we choose to keep and in the hardships we choose to let go. This year’s theme, “Thả Diều” has a literal translation meaning “releasing a kite”. However, granted that we are deserving of a life we want to live, we will be taking on the figurative meaning of “releasing YOUR own kite” and letting go of the circumstances we cannot control. This year’s production: “Thả Diều” is a symbolization of releasing all of your worries as well as showcasing the traditional and contemporary sounds and visuals of Vietnam.
