In today's latest vlog my (Filipino) family in the Philippines will try Dutch food for the first time...this is a dish called stamppot and is made with a few simple ingredients...I am really curious to see if they will like it or not and so I will do my best to make it very tasty!! No adobo for them this time hehehe

I bought the ingredients here in the Philippines in a grocery store at the shopping mall:

Ingredients:
Dutch MEATBALLS
Ground pork / Ground beef, White or black pepper, Cayenne pepper, Garlic Powder, Soy sauce, Tomato ketchup, Fresh garlic, Egg, Corn starch, Bread crumbs

Dutch STAMPPOT
Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Salt, Butter

Process:
Mix all the ingredients for the meat balls as shown in the video and shape larger size balls and fry them in butter till done (check inside to see if fully cooked). Peel and cook the potatoes in water and salt (magic sarap can be added if you prefer). Add sliced carrots and onions when potatoes are half cooked, then cook all till done and drain most of the water. Mash everything and add some butter to taste. Serve on a plate with meatballs and gravy...
