1Password Password Manager Review

Remembering all your passwords can be a hassle, but fortunately, there’s a solution. In this video, I’m reviewing #1Password, a password manager based in Toronto, Canada. Now, I love Canada, but keep in mind that they are a Five Eyes member, meaning that they could force 1Password to legally hand over consumer data.

I’ll be discussing that as well as #1Password’s data logging policy to make sure that your sensitive information is for your eyes only. The main purpose of 1Password is to store all your passwords across all of your devices, so you’ll only have to remember one password, hence the name. 1Password will also fill in forms for you with your payment and address information, which saves you time. If any of your passwords are compromised, you’ll receive a security breach alert. From there, you can go into the 1Password app and change your password using their password generator, which thinks of passwords way more complicated than the same one you’ve used over and over.
