The Mountain Sacred to Four Religions - Sri Paada 🇱🇰

I climbed the holy mountain of Sri Lanka known as Sri Paada aka Adam's Peak. This mountain is sacred to four religions today, but was probably sacred long before any of them existed. It is therefore a symbol of the wisdom of perennial philosophy. Julius Evola wrote about the significance of mountains to the ancients and he advocated mountain climbing as a spiritual act of becoming. In this video I speak briefly on the metaphysical significance of the peak and also talk about the surrounding wildlife.
