The Armstrong foil HS1850 is a high area, mid-aspect ratio wing that has been quite popular among the lake foil surfing community. Armstrong is one of the leading manufacturers of hydrofoils and I have never had the chance to ride their equipment before, so I was anxious to unbox, assemble, and try one of their most popular foil products. In this Armstrong foil review we will compare the 1850 to the AXIS 1150.
