Ortigas Land and its 16-hectare mixed-use development Ortigas East.

Ortigas east along ortigas avenue corner C-5 Road and Julia Vargas Avenues in Pasig City, Ortigas East is definitely looking to be a promising development with its residential, office and commercial components. What’s exciting about this is that all are walkable within each other.

Ortigas East is designed to be bike- and pedestrian-friendly and 40 percent of the estate’s total area is reserved for open spaces.
