The story of the formulation of the Regional Kava Development Strategy (RKDS) from its birth as a Concept Note before a decision was taken at the 2020 Forum Trade Ministers Meeting.

Regional Kava Development Strategy work is led by the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat and the Pacific Community in collaboration with the European Union funded #SPIRITproject and the ACP Business-Friendly project.
