pancake egg and sausage casserole
made 8 servings 1/8 of casserole is 7sp

•ingredients:
12 oz birch benders paleo pancake mix
8 oz butterball turkey sausage crumbles
5 eggs , scrambeled
5 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
water ( per package instructions)

•how to make:
first cook your sausage in a skillet for 5 minutes , take out of pan and set aside.

next cook and scramble your eggs , add salt and pepper to your eggs, take out of pan and set aside.

in a bowl mix your 12 oz of pancake mix with water (per package instructions) until smooth , then add into a casserole dish lined with
olive oil spray.

first add 3 tbsp maple syrup and mix together with your pancake mix, add half your eggs and sausgae saving
the other half for the top.

mix in your eggs and sausage , then add the other half to the top, last add 2 tbsp maple syrup to the top before baking.

bake on 375 for 25 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes. check in the middle of casserole to make sure it's fully cooked.

mango salsa with grilled chicken - 0sp

I will serve with avocado and rice which does have points, points will vary depending on what plan your on and how much you have.

•ingredients:
one mango
2 roma tomatoes
handful grape tomatoes
handful cilantro
sea salt
juice of one lime

• how to make:
chop your fruit, veg, and herbs, then mix together in a bowl and serve with grilled chicken.

🌮dinner
chicken flat taquitos
made 9 - 1 is 2sp or 2 is 4sp

I will serve with a taco salad and or rice.

•ingredients:
9 white corn tortillas
1 cup shredded chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
3oz fat free cream cheese
2 tbsp light sour cream
sea salt and pepper

•how to make:
shred your chicken, chop your spinach, add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix together until smooth.

stuff your tortillas and fold over in half
place in air fryer, spray the top with olive oil spray.

cook on 360 for 10 minutes turning half way through.
