A lot of people think that camping season ends when winter starts, unless you have a hot tent. Although it’s a bit more of an adventure, you can get away with using your summer gear for winter camping when the weather permits. Combining a hammock, underquilt, and a tarp with some bushcraft skills is my favorite way to solo camp in the snow.
