In the previous videos detailing the Circle and the Windthauw we encountered specific winding motions.

In this video we discuss Meyer's winding techniques in context by examining how Meyer's winding differs from a more 'conventional' approach in some small details, and how we can enter into the winding on both sides of the sword.

As part of this we will look at the Blind Strike, Doubling, and an entry into grappling by 'winding through'.
