DIY Paper Pinwheels Backdrop | How to Make Paper Rosettes Flowers step by step | Paper Fans Backdrop

Hey Guys,
So this past week my father in law turned 65 and we just had a small get together for him in the house, so you know I couldn't pass out an opportunity to do a backdrop.

So we wanted something elegant so the colors we picked were black, white, and gold for this backdrop. In this tutorial I show how to make small, medium, and large size paper rosette flowers.

Products used
3 rolls of black streamer purchased at the Walmart
1 roll of ribbon from Dollar Tree
8.5in x 11in Cream color Heavy weight cardstock paper
8.5in x 11in Black color Heavy weight cardstock paper
8.5in x 11in White color Heavy weight cardstock paper
8.5in x 11in Gold foil Cardstock paper from Michaels
Metallic Gold Spray Paint Rustoleum 2x Ultra cover from Walmart
Glue gun with glue sticks
