¼ cup Water
¼ cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup Wheat Flour
¼ cup Rice Flour
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
Nutmeg (grated)
1 tbsp Ghee
Water (as required)
Oil (for frying)
